Oak Framed Ledged and Braced Door

This is a high quality engineered rustic oak framed, ledged and braced door. The middle boards are narrower than the side rails and the boards are v jointed tongue and groove.

The door is constructed from solid timber over veneered with rustic oak veneers .

This method of construction prevents warping, twisting and splitting in the doors. The ledges and braces are screwed and plugged with oak dowels. Each door weighs approx 25 kg and is 40mm thick.

We also sell this door with just four boards between the outer rails instead of five. Ring us if you require this option.

Being a framed ledged and braced door it can be hung with traditional T hinges or Butt hinges.
