1930s Doors - Pitch Pine, Oak & Clear Pine Internal Doors
Our 1930s doors are exact copies of original ones found in houses in the UK at the beginning of the twentieth century. We sell both the four panel and the six panel 1930s doors with a high mid rail typical of the period. Here at Early Doors we can supply 1930s doors in Oak, clear pine or pitch pine.
Originally these doors were made from Columbian redwood from North America, if you need a close match in colour and grain the pitch pine is the closest we do.
The 1930s pitch pine doors are superb, very high quality doors made from solid timber with traditional mortice and tenon joints and extra wide mid and bottom rails.
The other two versions of the 1930s doors are made with either oak or clear pine veneers over a solid timber core. The advantage of these “engineered doors” is they are very stable, will not warp and the panels will not split.
Remember all the prices for our doors include vat and delivery, so no hidden extras. So if you want the highest quality pitch pine, oak or clear pine internal 1930s doors at affordable prices, you can feel confident to order online, over the phone, or if you are local, why not pop in and see the quality for yourself.
